Arman Mahdieh is an Iranian Santoor Virtuoso and composer who has his own special way of playing this instrument. He has a new perspective in his composition style: a combination of the music of his homeland, Iran, and the music of other nations.
Arman was born in 2000 into a musical family. throughout these years, he obtained an academic education in music and won various prestigious awards in the field of composing and playing. Releasing his personal album, playing in several official albums, and performing different concerts in collaboration with famous artists are just some of his activities.

The parallel to infinity album is composed and played by Arman Mahdieh. This collection contains six songs of instrumental music from the solo of Santoor. Arman Mahdieh writes about this work:
“Parallel to Infinity” tells a story about a journey to infinity. This statement is the result of my inner exploration which is created through the music.
As I found music as a way to express my thoughts and emotions, I did not consider myself just to follow the path of the elders and also not only to be obligated to innovate in this performance but also in my quest, with a new perspective on ancient identity, to achieve an expression that is in parallel with the present and my inner voiceless language. Therefore, in order to achieve a special expression in solo playing, the whole work has been performed without interruption. In other words, completely progressive. Also, the performed modulations are all in accordance with the invariable tune for Santoor, which can be an enumeration of an attempt to strengthen the centrality of the work.
